I'm using a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and I'm noticing that it runs really hot. After just 4 minutes of running Cinebench, the temperature shoots up to 90°C, with my room being around 23°C and the liquid coolant at about 33°C. When idle, it cools down to about 45-50°C with a liquid temp of 30°C. My current cooler is a 5-year-old NZXT Kraken X73, and I recently applied new MX-6 thermal paste just two months ago when I upgraded from a 5600X. I'm considering a cooler upgrade to the Titan Link 360 since it's on a 30% discount on Amazon, mostly for aesthetics. Should I go for it?

You might want to check if your cooler's pump is functioning properly. It sounds like it could be a bit clogged after five years, which might be affecting the water flow. If it's set to ultra-quiet mode, that could also impact performance. A good cooler should keep your CPU below 90°C, so double-check those settings!
Before you upgrade, consider reapplying the thermal paste again. Sometimes making sure everything is properly seated can help. But yeah, at those temps, upgrading could be a good plan. Just make sure whatever you get is compatible with your setup!
