I'm considering the ACER UD200 32GB DDR5 5600MHZ CL46 RAM for about $140. I live in a third world country and my other options are significantly more expensive, around $300 or more, but they come with worse timings. A few months ago, I could have grabbed a 24x2 GB 6000MHz CL30 kit for the same price. I know this RAM won't be optimal with the CL46 timings and lower frequency, but I'm worried it might damage my PC. I'm planning to get a high-end setup with an RTX 5070 Ti and an R7 7800X3D, but I can't wrap my head around these RAM prices. Will this RAM be okay for my build temporarily, or is it risky?

It won't be the best option, but it should work fine for now until prices hopefully come down. The 7800X3D is powerful enough to help compensate for the slower RAM some, at least until you can upgrade.

What if I undervolt both the GPU and CPU to help with performance?
