I currently have a Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHz with CL36 timings in my system. I just bought a G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 RAM kit at a good price, also rated for 6000MHz with CL36 timings. My question is, if I install both sets of RAM and enable XMP, will they work together without issues? Are there any compatibility concerns I should be aware of?

The primary timings of both RAM kits will play a big role. If they don't match up, you'll probably face further complications. I'd suggest checking the timings, and if both sets are fairly compatible, give it a shot. Just be prepared for possible issues.
In my experience, running four DDR5 sticks can work but not always at the rated speed.
