I'm really worried because I think my computer has been hacked. My Gmail, Steam, and Discord accounts seem compromised, as my friends have informed me that something is off, but I haven't received any alerts from those services. I've tried running Windows Security, but it didn't find anything. I just don't know what to do next, and the stress is getting to me.

Definitely do those steps from a different device if possible! If you can, get a cheap second-hand computer just for changing your passwords. Also, using a password manager like Bitwarden or 1Password can really help organize your passwords. Go for at least 20 characters with numbers and symbols to beef up security. After you secure your accounts, it might be a good idea to back up your data and do a fresh install on your main machine. It’s a challenge, but it’s worth it to set up a secure system!
It sounds like your Google account might be hacked, especially if you've saved passwords for Discord and Steam in Chrome. Make sure you change those passwords immediately! Enable two-factor authentication on all your accounts, and consider using a password manager to generate strong, random passwords.
