Is Buying 5200 MHz RAM a Good Idea for My AM5 Build?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC soon, and I've found a solid deal on 2x16GB of 5200 MHz RAM for $100 (CAD). Considering how RAM prices are rising, I'm wondering if I should just grab this deal or hold out for potentially better prices on 6000 MHz RAM. For some background, I don't urgently need the upgrade, but my current GPU is experiencing a bit of bottlenecking. My setup includes an AM4 build with a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU and a 9070 XT GPU on a B450 A-Pro Max motherboard with a 750-watt PSU and 32GB of DDR4 RAM (4x8).

Definitely snag it! In this market, it's better to get what you can. 5200 MHz might not be top of the line, but it will definitely help improve your bottleneck situation.

That's a solid price! I'd say go for it while the used market is still low. The performance difference between 6000 MHz and 5200 MHz isn't huge for most tasks, especially if you're not gaming at super high resolutions.

Thanks for your input! Just to clarify, is there a noticeable performance jump in specific games or tasks with the 6000 MHz RAM?

If you're not in a rush, you could wait. But considering how RAM prices are fluctuating, this might be a good opportunity to upgrade without spending too much. Just remember that 6000 MHz could give you a slight edge in specific scenarios.
