I'm struggling to find a UK number for Dell enterprise support. My support account is messed up, and I can't access our products. The supposed 24/7 number I have (0800 389 0621) is saying it's out of hours, and my account manager hasn't been responsive either!

It might help to remind your account manager that you're considering other vendors, like HP and Lenovo, in the new year. That might get them to respond quicker!
Just so you know, I found this number that might work for premium support: +44 (0)800-169-1733. It’s supposed to be 24x7. For Pro Support, you could also try 0800-389-0621 or +44 (0)844-444-3844, but the latter is a chargeable line.
