Ultimately, almost any Linux distribution could work for you! If you prefer a Mac-like feel, look for one with the GNOME desktop environment. If you like the Windows interface, KDE is worth trying too. And remember, with Linux, you can always switch up your desktop environment if you find you don't like the default.
