Hi everyone! I ran into a frustrating problem today. I think I might have downloaded a virus, and after I restarted my computer, the Wi-Fi icon just disappeared from the taskbar. When I try to access the network and internet settings, it just sends me back to the desktop. I can't connect to any networks now. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a glitch. When you try to open the settings and it crashes, does it happen with other settings too, like checking 'about my PC'? Also, have you tried restarting your computer yet? What led you to think you might have a virus?
You can try accessing the Control Panel by typing it into the Windows search box. Once you’re in, look for 'Network and Internet' and then 'Connect to a Network'. This might help you get back online.
