Will switching from 4 RAM sticks to 2 improve my performance?

I'm currently using 4 sticks of 8GB DDR4 3200 RAM in my PC, but I'm considering changing to 2 sticks of 16GB. I understand this might be better for my CPU's memory controller. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and a 9070XT, with a 3440x1440p 144Hz monitor, and I play a mix of AAA games and lighter simulations. If I switch to the 2 sticks, what kind of performance increase should I expect? If it's not significant, I might wait for prices to stabilize or just upgrade to AM5 later.

If you're looking at benchmarks, you might see some measurable differences, but honestly, in actual use, it's not going to be very noticeable.
