I'm a 16-year-old looking to build my first PC, but I know very little about PC parts. I've tried learning about them, but I'm still unsure how to combine everything effectively without causing bottlenecks. My budget is a maximum of €800 since I want to keep costs down for my parents. I'm okay with a PC that won't have top-notch performance, as I just want to start somewhere. I live in Italy and I'm hoping to play some popular games like Valorant, GTA, Minecraft, and other story-driven games that aren't too demanding. Any advice or help on how to get started would be really appreciated!

Good luck with your build! PC Part Picker is an excellent tool to start with. Focus on finding the best quality GPU and CPU you can within your budget, and let the other components fall into place. Also, the community at BuildAPCforme can offer great advice!
I'd recommend checking out PC Parts Picker to find compatible parts within your budget. Focus on building a functioning PC first and don't stress too much about avoiding bottlenecks at this stage. You’ll want to make sure you get a solid build that works well together.
Buying used parts can really stretch that €800 budget further. A Ryzen 5000 system will help reduce RAM costs too because of recent price drops, giving you more to spend on a capable GPU!
If you're sticking to that €800 budget, aiming for a 3060 Ti or 4060 Ti, along with a Ryzen 5 5600, would be a great combo. Don't forget a decent motherboard, like a B550, and maybe a 1TB Gen 4 NVMe drive. Spend any leftover cash on a solid headset and a good mouse and keyboard.
€800 is a decent budget for a good setup! You should definitely look into purchasing some used components like GPUs or CPUs, especially if they have good seller ratings. This could help you save more and get better performance.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll definitely look into those parts.
