I recently bought a Dell Latitude 5320 from eBay and I want to wipe the hard drive clean. I downloaded Dell's software for resetting, but it won't progress because it says the option isn't available for my machine. Can I replace the hard drive and do a fresh Windows installation instead? I've tried making a bootable Windows USB, but I'm running into issues with missing device drivers from Dell. Any suggestions?

You can create a Windows USB recovery drive, boot from it, and then open the Command Prompt. Use the command "diskpart" to format the hard drive. After that, you can install Windows using the same USB, though you might need additional drivers from Dell's site afterwards if they're not included in the installation.

Thank you! I'll have a look into this process.
