Has anyone had experience with JumpCloud in a setup that includes 3-4 offices spread across different regions? We currently have a small IT team of 4 managing about 300 employees and we're looking for a solution that allows us to manage various operating systems from a single dashboard. I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially regarding its performance and any better alternatives.

Have you thought about ManageEngine Cloud Central? It could be a good fit for your needs too!
I suggest looking into Workspace ONE. I've used it effectively across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, and it made managing everything a lot smoother.
If you need to handle cross-platform devices, you might want to check out ScalefusionMDM. It can manage iOS and Android devices all from one dashboard, and it has strong policy controls and deployment features—pretty scalable for offices that are spread out.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend JumpCloud. It has a lot of features, but it doesn't excel at any one thing. If you're looking for alternatives, consider using Intune if you're in the Microsoft ecosystem. If not, NinjaOne is a solid choice for device management.
