I recently got an Intel i7-13700K but I don't have a GPU yet. I'm planning to buy an RX 7900 XT, possibly an overclocked version since I found a good deal. Given that I have an Intel i7 and an overclocking GPU in mind, do you think I need to upgrade my power supply from 750W to 850W? The rest of the setup includes one M.2 SSD and about six case fans. My current PSU is from Aerocool and it has a gold rating.

If you aren't pushing your components hard with heavy overclocking, 750W should be sufficient. Just keep in mind that if you undervolt the RX 7900 XT, that could help you stay under the limit comfortably.
You might want to use a wattage calculator to see how much power your setup will actually need. It's a useful tool to get a clearer picture!
AMD lists 750W as the minimum requirement, so it should work. Just be cautious with the 13700K because it can draw a lot of power if you overclock it or set it to run unlimited. It's also worth noting that the quality of your power supply plays a crucial role, so a higher quality PSU can handle being close to its rating better.

I tried that, and the results seemed a bit unclear. I'm guessing it’s probably close to the limit.
