Experiencing Stability Issues with Fedora KDE – Help Needed!

I've recently switched to Linux after years of using Windows, mainly for better security and to explore new experiences. However, I've been facing some frustrating stability issues. My setup includes Fedora KDE and previously KDE Neon, but I've noticed similar problems on both. My usual workload involves running lighter games (like Crusader Kings III, RimWorld, or Factorio), a web browser with multiple tabs, and sometimes a Windows virtual machine across three screens. After a few hours of usage, my games and browser start to lag significantly, leading to a total system slowdown where I can't even close applications, forcing a hard reset.

I suspect this could be linked to hardware acceleration or rendering issues, as I've seen some odd behavior in my browser as well. Here's a look at my hardware:
- ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F Motherboard
- AMD Ryzen 3800X CPU
- Asus Noctua 3070 GPU
- 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM
- 1TB Intel 660p NVMe SSD
- Corsair RM-750x PSU

I monitored temperatures back on Windows and they were fine, plus I ran a memory test recently with no errors. Any advice on how to troubleshoot or resolve these stability problems would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your system might be running low on RAM when all those processes are active. When you start experiencing slowdowns, try checking your memory usage with a tool like `htop`. It could reveal if you're nearing your limit, especially with multiple RAM-heavy applications running.

I have 32GB total, and I usually sit around 20GB used with all my tabs and VM. I thought it was normal for the system to use all available RAM, but I guess it should clean up after itself, right?
