Is My PSU Safe to Use If the Connector Isn’t Fully Inserted?

I just installed a Gamer Storm PN750M Fully Modular PSU, but I'm worried because the 12HVPWR connector seems to be about 90% inserted on the PSU side. All my other connections went in smoothly, but this one looks a bit shy of being fully seated. I've booted my PC and everything's running fine according to HW monitor; no weird smells or sounds coming from the case either. I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to building PCs, so I'm really anxious about whether it's safe to use like this. Here are my specs: R5 7600, 4070 Super, B650 Gaming, and 16GB 6000 MHz RAM. Can I keep using it or should I be concerned? I'm quite scared to just dive back into gaming without reassurance. (Sorry if the images aren't super clear; my phone isn't the best.)

Make sure you’re pushing the connector all the way in; they’re built to be fully plugged in. Don't be afraid to apply some more force if needed. Just check that latch to see if it’s secure after you plug it in. Better to be safe than sorry!

I tried applying a lot of force, and it was tough! I almost broke a fingernail doing it! I'm not sure if the latch is functioning properly. Should I be worried?

It’s usually fine if it’s about 90% in. Just make sure the clip on the connector is pushed all the way down; that’s a sign it’s seated well. If it’s not connected properly, your GPU might show a red light near the connector to warn you. But remember, I haven’t heard much about that particular PSU brand, so just be cautious with it!
