I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with OBS Studio where it starts dropping frames the moment I begin streaming. Initially, everything runs smoothly when I open OBS, but as soon as I hit the 'start streaming' button, the dropped frames percentage just keeps rising. I even shared a video on my profile to show what's happening, but I feel like I'm lost regarding how to resolve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

From what I saw in the video, it looks like your internet connection might be the culprit. If your speed is under 1 Mbps, that’s generally not enough to stream at any decent quality while also running games or sharing your screen.
Actually, I have a 4 Gbps download speed and am using a Cat8 ethernet cable, which should be super fast for streaming. Is it possible that OBS isn't picking up my internet connection properly?
