We're on the hunt for a new Windows device management solution since Meraki Systems Manager has reached its end of life. We already have a system in place for our phones and tablets, but I'm not convinced it meets the needs for our laptops. I'd love to hear any recommendations you might have! Key features we're looking for include the ability to execute remote command lines or PowerShell and the capability to take remote screen grabs.

How many clients are we talking here? For around 600-700 clients, you might want to consider a combination of Action1 and ScreenConnect. They can cover remote access and management effectively.

Yeah, that's about right—600-700 clients. Thanks for the suggestion!

If you're using Office 365, Intune might be a great option for your needs. It's integrated and can work seamlessly for device management.

Have you looked into Automox? If you prefer on-prem, I'd recommend checking out PDQ Inventory and PDQ Deploy. They work really well together! Just to note, if you’re considering WAN remote access, PDQ Deploy & Inventory will do the trick. If it’s more about VPN type access, then PDQ Connect is probably the way to go because it’s agent-based and only needs an internet connection.
