I'm putting together my first PC and need advice on the best budget-friendly GPU to pair with a Ryzen 5 5600. I've considered a few options like the Arc B580, RX 9060 XT 8GB, and the Arc A770. Are any of these better than the others for performance and value? I'm especially concerned about only getting 8GB of VRAM with the 9060 XT.

Keep an eye out for used graphics cards too! I've seen some used 3090s going for around $300. If you prefer new, the dual fan 9060 XT 16GB is solid around $350. Just remember, if you're worried about heat, undervolting can help maintain cooler temps without sacrificing too much performance.

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider the A770. It's not a great fit for what you need. Between the B580 and the 9060 XT, go for the 9060 XT if you can manage to stretch your budget, as it's generally more capable. Also, you might find a Sapphire RX 9060 XT 16GB on Amazon for a little more, which could be a good investment.

If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck, the RX 9060 XT with 16GB is a good choice. It’s currently priced around $350-$380 but totally worth it for the performance you’ll get. The version with just 8GB might not be enough for current and future games, especially at higher settings. You really don't want to skimp on VRAM these days.

The Arc B580 is another solid option if you’re on a tighter budget. Priced around $250, it’s great for basic gaming, but keep in mind that it does have some driver issues compared to other cards. I’ve read reports about it not handling high loads as well, especially with a last-gen CPU.
