I was trying to set up my third monitor and ended up in the BIOS settings. I didn't change anything because I couldn't find the right option. Now when I try to start my PC, it powers on, but my monitors and keyboard don't respond at all. I've unplugged it for a few minutes and tried turning it back on, but that didn't help. Can someone explain in simple terms how to fix this? I don't know much beyond basic components like RAM, GPU, and CPU.

First, double-check that everything is properly plugged in. There’s usually an option in the BIOS to enable or disable ports on your computer, but since you can’t see anything on your screen or use your keyboard, that might be tricky. You might need to get a new motherboard if it doesn't work after trying the reset.
You might want to try a CMOS reset. It's pretty simple! Just unplug your power supply unit (PSU) and take out the CMOS battery, which is that small, round battery on your motherboard. Leave it out for about 15 to 30 seconds, then pop it back in and reconnect the PSU. Fingers crossed that does the trick!
