I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with my PC where it slows down significantly the longer it's on. Initially, this would happen after about 12 hours of use, but lately, it has started to occur after just 4 to 5 hours. I've noticed that the CPU clock speed drops to around 0.20 over time, but I'm unsure what might be causing this. I read that a tool called LatencyMon could help diagnose the problem, so I installed it, but I'm having trouble understanding its results. Can anyone help me make sense of the data from LatencyMon?

When you run LatencyMon while your PC is slowing down, check the 'Main' and 'Stats' sections. They should indicate whether there are any detected problems or not. However, I'm not entirely convinced that LatencyMon is the best tool for this issue. Could you share what CPU you have?
Have you tried disabling CPU throttling? Sometimes that can help, but it sounds like it didn't make much difference for you. Also, it's great to hear your BIOS is up to date; that’s important for performance. What's your CPU model?
