I've been experiencing some problems with the PayPal and Venmo apps on my iPhone SE 2 (iOS 18). Lately, transactions have been getting declined, especially for small amounts, and I received a scam warning recently. The apps keep showing messages about scanning IDs and face verification, and I also get alerts saying my iOS login is from another city. Are there a lot of scams happening as we approach the new year? I'd love to know how to resolve these issues. By the way, my screen seems to be stuck in horizontal mode and doesn't rotate automatically. Could that indicate a gyroscope problem? Thanks for any help!

I haven't had any issues with PayPal or Venmo lately. Have you tried updating your iPhone? Sometimes those updates can clear up bugs like the ones you're facing.
