Hey everyone, I'm really stressed out right now and could use some advice. Recently, I've had some of my accounts hacked, and it's got me worried that my computer might be compromised too. I tried to reset my Windows 11 PC to wipe everything and start fresh, but I keep running into an error where Windows says it can't find the recovery environment. Now I'm stuck with a computer that I don't feel secure using. I've followed a bunch of tutorials online but nothing seems to work. My PC is really slow, especially when I try to play games like GTA 5 online, where the lag is unbearable. On top of that, my Valorant account was also hacked, and now I can't even log in without getting an error saying I already have an account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you get ready to install Windows 11, make sure to delete all existing partitions on the disk where the OS was installed, typically disc zero. This way, you ensure a clean install. Also, take the time to reset any passwords that may have been compromised and consider using a password manager for extra security.
I’d suggest creating a bootable USB as well, and don't forget to look up what key to press to get into the boot menu on your PC. And remember, using a unique password for each account can save you a lot of headaches in the future!
It sounds like you might have some malware issues, and just resetting Windows might not resolve everything. I recommend getting a USB drive and using the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB with a fresh version of Windows.
You should definitely consider using a second PC for this. Download the official Windows ISO from the Microsoft site onto a USB drive, and use a tool like Rufus to make it bootable. Then, restart your main machine and boot from the USB drive to start the installation process. Don’t forget to delete partitions on the drive you're installing to for a complete wipe.

Ok, I will try this. Thank you!
