I recently purchased an ASUS TUF GAMING A16 laptop running Windows 11, but I discovered that someone else was already logged into it. I'm unable to create a new account, delete the existing account, or reset the PC. To make things worse, the system is entirely in Spanish, which I don't understand. Is there any way to fix this issue?

You should definitely check how to perform a factory reset on your laptop. Usually, there's a boot option that you can access by pressing one of the F keys. Try looking up the exact steps for your model online. That might help you start fresh!
Are you sure it's completely new? Because it sounds like it might be second-hand with someone else's account still on it. It could help to check the purchase details and see when it was last used. That might explain the existing account!
Just a heads-up, if you're trying to reset it, make sure to back up any important data first. Sometimes, messing with BIOS or disk settings can lead to data loss. It's always a good practice to have your files backed up before making major changes.
