Can’t Create a Partition on Micron NVMe SSD After Moving It to a New Build

I recently transferred my Micron SSD from my laptop to a new build with an R7 9800X3D and a Gigabyte Eagle motherboard. Since the move, I'm unable to create a new partition due to a 'media is write-protected or incorrect function' error. I've tried using diskpart to clean the drive and create a partition, performed a Micro PSID reset, and even reset the drivers for the SSD and NVMe controller, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Did you wipe the SSD before transferring it? Also, are you using Windows or Linux? Because that might make a difference in how you approach fixing this.

I removed the BitLocker encryption and deleted all partitions before the move. I'm using Windows 11.
