Hey everyone, I'm trying to get my drives set up to play Call of Duty: Warzone, and it requires my drives to be in GPT mode. I recently formatted my computer and switched both of my disks to GPT, but they seem to have reverted back or changed on me. When I try to convert them back, I get an error that says one of them is a DVD or CD-ROM and it shows only 200KB of free space, even though I have over 100GB on my SSD and 800GB on my HDD. What am I missing here?

Once your drives are formatted in GPT, you really shouldn't need to convert them again, especially if they’re currently blank. You might have lost your original data, so hopefully, you had backups. To set everything up correctly, you can just install Windows again, and it’ll manage the GPT setup for you during the installation process. Here's a link that has step-by-step instructions: [Microsoft Installation Media](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d#id0ejd=windows_11). Just follow that and it should work!
If you’ve already formatted your drives, they should be set to GPT if that’s what you chose. It’s possible the formatting process didn't go as planned. Just make sure when you reinstall Windows, you select that option for GPT in the setup. Otherwise, you might need to use a disk management tool to fix it up. It's super important to double-check in your BIOS settings that the drives are recognized correctly too!
Got it, I'll check the BIOS! Thanks for the heads up!

I thought I did that, but after I formatted everything to GPT it stopped showing as such. Any tips on how I could get it set back to GPT after the installation?
