I'm having a frustrating experience with the Nebula app after signing up for a trial through their website. At first, everything seemed great since I got access to the iOS app without issues. But soon after, the app reset, and I lost all the features I paid for. Now, I just noticed a $49.99 charge on my card, but there's no cancellation option anywhere in the app. I'm really confused as to how this app could avoid Apple's billing rules and make it impossible for users to cancel. Can I report this to Apple, or should I just go through my bank for a chargeback?

It sounds like a classic dark pattern where they make it easy to sign up but super hard to unsubscribe. If there's no subscription management page on their site, consider disputing the charge with your bank or reporting it to Apple for violating their guidelines on account sign-ups.
Since you signed up on their website, Apple isn't involved in your billing. You should contact Nebula's support directly at [email protected] for cancellation options.
Definitely don’t just wait for a reply! If they didn't clearly show a plan when you signed up, that charge is unauthorized.
