I'm considering a setup with 16GB of DDR5 RAM for video recording and streaming while playing games like Kingdom Come, Fortnite, and Hearts of Iron IV. My other components include an RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 7600X. I mainly use a 1080p monitor and plan to keep this setup for about two more years. I'm looking to buy a motherboard that supports DDR5 for future upgrades as well. Will 16GB be enough for these tasks?

You should be fine with 16GB for gaming. It can handle those games pretty well, but just keep in mind that if you run multiple apps at the same time, you might notice some hiccups here and there.
While 16GB can work, you might encounter some performance issues when recording or streaming. An external capture card can be a good workaround if you're worried about RAM limitations.
Honestly, I think you'll need at least 32GB for a smooth experience, especially with streaming. But I've managed fine with 16GB for years. I upgraded to 32GB just for some demanding games, and I've seen little difference in day-to-day tasks.
