I'm using an Apple Watch that's paired with another iPhone since I don't own one myself. I'm trying to figure out how to install apps that prompt me to install them on the iPhone. I attempted to download apps using my mom's iPhone, but it didn't seem to work. Any advice?

If the app says it needs to be installed from the iPhone but you can’t seem to get it to work, make sure that your mom's iPhone has the latest version of watchOS and that your Apple Watch is selected in the Watch app. Also, check if 'Ask to Buy' is enabled on her account, as that could affect the installation. If it’s not enabled and you're still having trouble, try restarting both the iPhone and the Apple Watch and see if that helps.
I had a similar issue, and after restarting everything, it worked fine. You might also want to check the App Store permissions.
