Looking for Motherboard Recommendations for My CPU and DDR4 RAM

I recently spent a whole afternoon troubleshooting my PC and found that 3 out of 4 RAM sockets are dead. So now I'm planning to replace the motherboard. Initially, I thought about swapping the motherboard and CPU together, specifically going for an i7-14700K paired with a Gigabyte Z790 AORUS. However, the problem is that I currently have DDR4 RAM, and the new board only supports DDR5. Given the current situation with high DDR5 prices, I'm looking for suggestions.

What would be a good mid to high-range motherboard for my i9-11900KF that still supports my existing DDR4 memory? I'd prefer just replacing the motherboard to avoid swapping out all three components. My main concern is to ensure the RAM doesn't run painfully slow at 1333MHz. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked out Gigabyte's Ultra Durable boards? They have great VRM quality and, as the name suggests, are built to last. Definitely worth considering!

I recommend you look at the ASRock H610M COMBO. It's unique because it supports both DDR4 and DDR5 RAM, so you can choose which type to use without being locked into one. It's compatible with Intel 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen CPUs, making it a versatile option.

How old is your CPU? Just a thought, but did you check if your BIOS is updated for the Intel 13th/14th gen Vmin shift issue? Sometimes, it could be a CPU-related problem rather than the motherboard itself.
