Why is my motherboard only recognizing one RAM stick?

I just finished building my PC, but the motherboard (Asus Tuff Gaming B805-Plus WiFi) seems to only accept RAM installed in the B2 slot. When I try to use both sticks of DDR5 Kingston Fury Beast (16GB), the PC turns on with fans and lights, but I don't get any power to the screen or mouse. If I use just one stick in the B2 slot, the PC starts up fine, and both RAM sticks work individually when switched out in B2. However, if I try to boot with both, an orange DRAM warning light turns on. I've already enabled DOCP, downloaded Windows, and upgraded to the latest BIOS, but nothing seems to work. It's really frustrating since I want to use both sticks after paying for them!

So, just to clarify, you need to turn off your PC, swap the RAM sticks into the correct slots, clear the CMOS, and then turn it back on? That's the right approach?

Try installing your RAM sticks in slots A2 and B2 instead of just B2. Also, make sure to clear your CMOS by resetting it. It's vital to not enable DOCP while troubleshooting this issue. After that, give Windows another shot.
