I'm having an issue where Malwarebytes is blocking an outgoing connection made by a specific executable file, but I can't seem to find that file anywhere on my computer. I've performed scans with Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, and ESET, but none of them have detected anything. Is there any way to track down this elusive file, or am I looking at having to reset my PC as my only option? Thanks for your help!

If you've already checked the directory indicated by Malwarebytes and found nothing, it's possible that the executable is dynamically created or hidden more deeply within your system. You could try using a specialized tool to dig deeper into running processes, like Process Explorer, to see if you can spot anything unusual.
Could you share the name of the executable that's causing the problem? It might help us figure out what's going on.
Have you tried looking for hidden files? You might want to change your Explorer settings to show hidden folders and files as well. Sometimes those pesky malware files can hide there.
