Hey everyone! I'm curious why I haven't received the 25H2 update through the regular Windows update feature. All I seem to get are updates for 24H2 and Windows Defender. I've seen others getting the 25H2 update without having to download it manually, and I just want to understand what's going on.

It's a staged rollout process. Microsoft may block updates if there are known compatibility issues with certain software on your system. They'll wait for either Microsoft or the software developers to resolve these issues before you get the update.
If you're eager to get the update, you can look for the enablement package on Microsoft's website and install it manually. Just be cautious and check for any potential compatibility issues with your system first.
What are your system specs? If Windows 11 was installed without going through the TPM check, that could prevent the automatic installation of the 25H2 update.
I have Windows 11 Pro on a new 7k PC with a 4090, 13900k, and 64 GB of 6400 mts RAM.

I went ahead and installed it manually.
