I'm considering upgrading my graphics card from an RTX 4070 to an RTX 5070 Ti, and I'm unsure if my current power supply will support this change. Currently, I have a Ryzen 7 5700X3D processor and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. My system also includes a Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 NVMe SSD and some cooling gear. Right now, I'm using a be quiet! Pure Power 11 700W PSU (which is 80+ Gold certified). It runs everything perfectly, but I'm worried that it might not be enough for the new graphics card. Do I need to get a higher wattage power supply, or will 700W suffice?

Just make sure that your PSU has a standard 12vhpwr connection since the 5070 Ti doesn't use an adapter. It’s better to be safe than sorry with those connections.
You should be okay with 700W, but keep in mind that a 750W PSU is generally recommended for the 5070 Ti. However, remember that Nvidia's recommendations often factor in systems with high-end CPUs, like the 9950X, which pulls a lot more power than yours.
Exactly, the recommendation tends to be conservative. It’s wise to keep an eye on how much power your entire system uses.
Definitely look for a good 750W PSU just to be safe. The PSU is critical for system stability, so it’s worth investing in something solid. Consider getting an ATX 3.1 unit for future-proofing your build just in case you decide to upgrade later.
While 700W may seem sufficient, it would be better to aim for a PSU rated between 750W and 1000W to give you more headroom, especially if you're considering future upgrades. I found a good deal on a 1kW unit that’s almost the same price as a 750W where I live, so it’s a good option for longevity.
Your be quiet! Pure Power 11 is a reliable PSU, and 700W should be more than enough for your setup, even under load. No need to upgrade just yet; you'll be fine gaming with your current setup using the card.

I agree! You don’t want any melted connectors, especially with such a pricey GPU.
