Is My PC Build Good Enough for Gaming and Streaming?

I'm putting together a PC with the following specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x
- GPU: RTX 5060
- CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid PL240 Flux White Edition (along with additional fans)
- Motherboard: MSI 7E62-001R
- Case: Hyte Y70 Infinite Touch
- SSD: Samsung 990 EVO Plus (1 TB, PCIe 4.0, NVMe 2.0)
- PSU: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 White Power Supply
- RAM: VENGEANCE LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit (in white)

I want to know if this setup is sufficient for both gaming and streaming, and I'm also open to any recommendations on how to improve it without significantly increasing the price.

If you’re aiming to keep costs down, consider starting with your current build and upgrading later if needed. The specs you’ve listed are decent, but balancing performance and budget is key.

You might want to consider swapping the Ryzen 7 7700x for a Ryzen 5 7600; it could save you some cash while still providing strong performance. Also, your GPU choice might not be ideal; the RTX 5060 isn't known for stellar performance. I'd recommend checking out the Radeon 9060 XT 16GB instead. And don't forget to use PCPartPicker to ensure everything fits together and is compatible!

What’s the reason for switching to the 9060 XT? Just trying to understand the upgrade better!

No worries! Compatibility is key, and using a tool like PCPartPicker really helps.

Definitely think about compatibility issues—your Ryzen 7 7700x won't work with DDR4 RAM, so you’d need to rethink your RAM choice. Also, using PCPartPicker will make your life much easier as you build your list!
