I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card and currently have an RTX 2080 Ti paired with an i5-13600k. I'm considering a few options: the RTX 3090 Ti, RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, RTX 4070 Ti Super, or the RTX 5070. My main goal is to achieve over 144 fps at 1440p without focusing on AI features. Which of these cards would be the best choice for raw power and future-proofing?

I recently upgraded from a 2080 Ti to a 7900 XT, and it has great raw power with 20GB of VRAM. If you're strictly sticking with Nvidia, the options you mentioned are solid, but don't overlook AMD if you're open to it!
Definitely go for the 4070 Ti Super; it outperforms the others on your list. The 3090 Ti and the 5070 are comparable in some ways, but the 3090 has more VRAM while the 5070 is more about the latest architecture. Just note that the 5060 Ti is the least powerful option; it's more of a solid card for 1080p. If you’re prioritizing raw performance for heavier games, the 4070 Ti Super is your best bet.
Out of those options, I’d say the RTX 4070 Ti Super is the best choice. It has the edge in performance. How does its price compare to the RTX 5070 Ti for you?

I totally get that. The 5060 Ti wouldn't give you that big bump from the 2080 Ti. I also thought about the 3090 Ti for VRAM and the 5070 for availability. I’m curious, though — does the 4070 Ti Super really outperform the 3090 Ti? If it does, I think I’ll go for that.
