I came across a deal on Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM that's 5600MHz with a CAS latency of 38. I've already purchased everything for my build except for the memory. My setup includes an RX 9070 XT and an R7 7800X3D processor. Should I go for this RAM, or would it be better to spend a bit more for faster memory?

5600MHz CL38 will work perfectly fine, especially if you got a good deal! The performance difference between 5600MHz CL38 and something like 6000MHz CL30 isn't massive. Since RAM prices have shot up recently, I'd say go for this option if it's cheaper.
