I'm in the process of building a new PC and I'm trying to decide on a cooling solution. I'm using a Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, an AMD Radeon RX 9070 GPU, and an MSI MAG X670E CARBON WiFi motherboard. Should I opt for a liquid cooler or stick with air cooling? What brands or models would be best for my setup?

I personally prefer AIO coolers over larger air coolers. I used to have a Thermalright Phantom Spirit and it worked well, but I switched to a Thermalright 240 Aqua Elite AIO for a cleaner look inside my case. It cools just as well, and I love how much easier it is to work around without those big air coolers. Plus, Thermalright offers great value for cooling solutions!
Thermalright has a wide range of coolers, but for a really powerful setup like yours, I’d suggest going for a 360mm AIO. I use the Thermalright Frozen Vision 360 with an LCD screen on it just for looks, and it's currently around $85. AIOs have become more reliable and affordable, but if you want something legendary in terms of longevity, the Thermalright Peerless Assassin air cooler is a great choice. Air coolers are just more dependable overall, as long as the fans hold up. They're less likely to fail on you than liquid coolers, which have more points of failure.

Wow, how often are you reaching into your case that you’re worried about cutting yourself on the air cooler?
