I recently got a Nokia keypad phone for Christmas, but I messed it up a bit when I fell asleep on it and put too much pressure on the D-Pad buttons. Now, one button feels unresponsive and sometimes requires a hard press to work. I've noticed that if I press it sideways, it works for a little while, but I'd rather not open it since it's brand new. Is there a way to fix this? Like applying pressure to the button for a while?

Honestly, you might want to consider getting a new phone if this keeps happening. Nokia's reputation has been iffy in recent years when it comes to durability. Remember when you could run over a Nokia and it would still be fine? Those days are long gone!

Yeah, but it’s only been five days since you got it! I’d give it some time. Just be careful; hardware issues can get worse, but a little pressure could help in the short term.
