I just finished setting up my new PC, but I'm running into a frustrating problem with severe color banding on dark backgrounds. I've attached some screenshots to illustrate the issue. This happens on my main monitor, an AOC Q27G3XMN 27" at 1440p, as well as my older monitor which didn't have this problem with my previous setup. I suspect it might be related to my GPU, which is an RX 9070 XT. The color banding is present in both SDR and HDR modes. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?

One quick thing you could try is toggling the SDR and HDR settings off and on to see if that makes a difference. Just be careful not to squint too much while checking!
Yeah, I've noticed that the banding is still pretty bad regardless of whether HDR is on or off.
