Is $1630 a Good Price for My PC Build?

I've been doing a lot of research on pricing for my PC build and want to get some feedback. I'm planning to build it myself and I've noticed that pre-built systems tend to be a bit pricier. I found a similar one from iBUY that has the same CPU and GPU, but also includes a 2TB storage for about $50 more. Considering how rapidly prices fluctuate, I just want to make sure I'm making a good choice with this setup from MicroCenter, priced at $1630 before tax. I'd really appreciate any thoughts or insights! You can check my part list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LCZ72x. Thanks!

When I clicked the link, it showed a price of $1931. Have you checked the current prices at MicroCenter? They can sometimes be different from what’s listed online due to local deals or inventory.

I think your build looks solid! Just a heads-up, I didn't see any fans listed. Make sure your case has at least one exhaust fan and a couple of intake ones to keep the airflow good. It's essential for overall cooling performance.
