I'm currently using a 4750G along with a 9070XT graphics card, but I'm noticing some significant FPS drops in several CPU-intensive games. I'm considering upgrading to a 5700X3D for around 250€. Do you think this is worth the investment, or would I be better off looking for a different option?

Honestly, for 250€, the 5700X3D isn't a bad deal at all. Just the 32GB of DDR5 RAM would cost you more than that. Plus, you'd probably struggle to see much difference in performance between the 9700X and the 5700X3D, so I'd say go for it!
Just a heads up, though, I'm assuming that's for a used one?
