I'm new to the PC world and currently deciding between the 1660 Ti and the 1660 Super. These are my only options right now due to budget and shipping limitations. Can anyone tell me which one would be a better choice?

Honestly, both cards are kind of outdated at this point. Depending on what you plan to play, your money might be better spent on a more modern GPU instead of either of these.
The Ti version is generally considered better because it tends to outperform the Super in many cases, but the difference isn't gigantic. If the price is right, go for the 1660 Ti since it's usually ranked a bit higher.
