I built my PC in 2019 and haven't made any upgrades since then. Overall, it's been a great system for video editing, digital art, and gaming, though it struggles a bit when multitasking, especially if I'm streaming something on my second monitor. I'm considering an upgrade for my GPU and wondering if the Nvidia RTX 3080 would be a good choice, or if there's a better option for my budget. I'm also open to suggestions for other parts if you think they could enhance my system's performance. Here's my build for reference: pcpartpicker.com/list/6qjxh7.

Your 650W PSU might struggle to support a 3080 safely. I’d recommend looking at the 5060ti 16GB instead; it’s slightly less powerful but should work well with your existing power supply. The 5070 could also be a good choice and should fit nicely with your setup.
If you're doing video editing and other GPU-heavy tasks, definitely go for any 3000 series GPU if you can find a good deal. The RTX 3080 and up would provide the best performance boost. Your CPU is okay for now, but keep in mind it's at the lower end of what modern games require.
Any reason to stay loyal to Nvidia, or could I consider something else besides the 3080?

Can you break down why the PSU matters? PCPartPicker didn’t flag it, and I’m not totally clear on what specs I should be checking.
