Why is my RTX 5060 GPU load so low in games?

Hey everyone! I've been trying to figure out an issue with my new RTX 5060 GPU. I recently switched from an RTX 4060 but I'm seeing a problem: the GPU load hardly goes above 70% during gameplay. Ideally, I'd expect close to a full 99% load, especially since my FPS should be higher with the 5060. My processor is an R5 5600, and from what I've seen in YouTube videos, others with the same setup aren't facing this issue.

Here's what I've already tried:
1. Used DDU to clean out old Nvidia drivers.
2. Installed older drivers, like version 581.80.
3. Enabled Resize Bar in the BIOS.
4. Experimented with Game Mode and HAGS, but nothing improved.
5. Updated the chipset drivers too.

I'm still struggling with several games, including:
- Resident Evil 4
- Death Stranding
- MGS Delta Snake Eater
- GTA 5 Enhanced
- Baldur's Gate 3
- Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

The FPS in these games is noticeably lower than what I found in tests on YouTube. My full PC specs are:
- RTX 5060
- Ryzen 5 5600
- B550MK Asus Prime
- 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
- 600W 1stPlayer Power Supply.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you enabled XMP for your RAM? It might help with performance. Also, could you share a screenshot of the task manager's performance tab for memory? That might give us more insight.

Yeah, XMP is enabled. Here's the screenshot of my memory performance: [screenshot link]. Let me know if you see anything off!
