Getting a Black Screen After Building My New PC—Help Needed!

I recently finished building my new PC, but I'm facing a frustrating issue. When I connect my HDMI cable from the monitor to my GPU, I only get a black screen. I've also tried using a DisplayPort cable, but that didn't work either. I even attempted connecting my monitor directly to the motherboard, but I still see a black screen. I've double-checked all the cables to ensure they're connected properly. The motherboard, GPU, and case lights up as expected. I've pressed the clear CMOS button and tried using the flash BIOS button with a USB that has my BIOS on it, but nothing changes. I tried the Delete and F2 keys on startup, but there's no response. For details, my setup includes an MSI MAG X870E motherboard and a 5070 Ti GPU, but I haven't installed an OS on the SSD yet—though I don't think that should matter.

First things first, is your monitor actually powered on? Make sure it's switched on and set to the correct input source. Also, take a look at the debug lights on your motherboard. They can give you some clues about what's wrong. If the BIOS doesn't support your CPU yet, that could be the issue too. When you trigger the BIOS flash, observe those lights: does the motherboard give any feedback by blinking or changing after 30 seconds? Let me know!

Thanks for the tips! My BIOS button doesn't have its own light, but the motherboard has four indicator lights. When I use the flash BIOS button, the VGA, DRAM, and CPU lights come on, but the boot light stays off. I press the button only when the computer's turned off. I noticed a red light flashing on the motherboard, but it's slightly obscured by the SSD cover.
