I've built an impressive gaming rig featuring an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU and a PNY RTX 5080 GPU, but I've started experiencing random stutters in several games like Escape from Tarkov, Cyberpunk 2077, and Red Dead Redemption 2. This began about a week ago after I made a few changes: I enabled EXPO for my RAM, set Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) to Auto, and turned off the integrated graphics. I'm currently using the Ultimate Performance power plan and have updated to the latest NVIDIA drivers. Any ideas on what might be causing these stutters?

It sounds like you might want to switch to a balanced power plan instead of Ultimate Performance. Some users have reported better stability with that setting, especially on Ryzen 9 processors. Give it a shot and see if it helps!

I tried switching to balanced like you suggested, but the stutter is still happening in Cyberpunk.
