I've been having ongoing issues with my AirPods Pro 2, which keep malfunctioning. The audio in pass-through mode cuts in and out, making it really disorienting to use. I've already taken them in for testing and they replaced them twice, but now this is the third time. My coverage is going to expire soon, so I'm wondering what my options are.

You could take them in for another replacement. Just so you know, any earbud they replace comes with a 90-day warranty that extends beyond your existing coverage. If anything goes wrong with the charging case or the other earbud later, it might be cheaper to buy a new set on sale rather than pay the out-of-warranty fee.

So these things are just garbage? I’ve had three pairs and they all malfunctioned. What are the chances they’re all bad?
