I'm in the market for a decent flip phone that can handle basic texting and calling, but I also want to be able to download some popular apps like Spotify or Snapchat. I've heard good things about the Samsung Galaxy Flip, but I'm curious if there are any similar or better options out there, preferably under $100.

You might want to look for the CAT S22 Flip, but fair warning, it has pretty low specs. You could also find used foldable phones for around $100 if you're lucky.
Just a heads up, I'm not sure if Snapchat even works on that phone. It operates on an older version of Android, which might cause issues with app compatibility over time due to limited RAM and storage.
Check out some of the cheaper Motorola flip phones—they're pretty reliable for basic functions.
Realistically, you're not finding anything like a Galaxy Flip smartphone for $100—you're looking at a much higher price point for that kind of device.
If you're looking to use smartphone apps, I'd actually suggest considering a smartphone instead. The flip phones out there just aren't built for that kind of performance.
