I recently built a PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X processor and 32GB of RAM, but I'm experiencing freezing issues while gaming, and my CPU is running at 50 degrees Celsius. I'm unsure what might be causing these problems. Could anyone help me figure this out?

First, can you tell us what graphics card you're using and whether you have the latest drivers installed? Also, check if EXPO is enabled on your RAM; if it is, try disabling it and running the RAM at lower speeds. Updating your BIOS could also help. Lastly, what kind of power supply do you have? That can be a crucial factor too.

I have a Radeon XFX video card. I'm not sure what EXPO is, and I think my BIOS is updated, but I can't recall what power supply I have.
