Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Cooler, Asus TUF GAMING B650E-E Motherboard, G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB RAM, and two Samsung 990 Pro 1 TB SSDs. Will the 5080 perform better with this setup? Is it worth the extra cost?

If you've got the budget and are looking for that extra performance, then go for the 5080! Just keep in mind, you’re definitely paying a premium for it.
